I have never seen so many not overweight people, but obese people in one place in my life. To see these parents with small children is so sad. To think they may die before they can see their children grow up.
What is also so sad is there are more young girls between 12 and 25 with weight problems here than young men.
This also makes me very angry. These people are one of the major reasons health care cost is so high.
I do believe it has motivated me more than ever to keep my body healthy and strong.
